On the day of arrival your room is ready for occupancy from 14:00.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.
If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know.

Our discounts apply as a percentage of the daily rate in the parents' room with 2 full-paying adults:
0–7 years: 100 %
8–15 years: –50 %
16–18 years: –20 %
Adults in 3rd/4th bed: -10%

Reduction single with one child: 0 to 9.9 years 50%, 10 to 14.9 years 30%

If children occupy their own room, the regular room rate applies.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.

• Price per day for your dog (without food): € 15,-
• Dogs are allowed in all room categories.
• Dogs are not allowed in the dining room or the wellness and spa area.
• So that your dog does not have to stay alone in the room during mealtimes, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in our Hoferstube if you book in advance.
• In the event of heavy soiling or extreme hair loss, a final cleaning may be charged.

You can pay in cash, by debit card, Visa or Eurocard.

To secure your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit (or payment of the insurance premium) of € 200.00 per room to our account. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
We ask you to be considerate of other guests on the balcony if you wish to smoke there.

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply to your booking.
The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply.

The following applies for Christmas, New Year and Carnival:

• up to 1 month before arrival: free of charge
• 1 month to 2 weeks: 40 %
• 2 weeks to 1 week: 70
• from 1 week: 90 %

In the event of early departure, the full amount will be charged.

In all other periods the following applies:

• up to 10 days before arrival: free of charge
• from 9 days before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee

The full booking amount will also be charged in the event of early departure.

We recommend hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. This will save you costs and hassle in the event of cancellation or curtailment. Can be taken out directly when booking.

Free parking is available directly at the hotel.
We do not provide underground car parks.

You are welcome to store your bikes or skis in our lockable room.
There you will also find charging points for your e-bike batteries and a ski boot heater in winter.

All our rooms and restaurant are accessible by lift.

Restaurant, indoor pool and terrace are barrier-free.

Our Deluxe rooms (except two-room Deluxe) and Kaiser single rooms are also accessible by lift. However, there is a step of approx. 15 cm at the shower in these rooms. It is therefore possible for wheelchair users to shower in the indoor pool.

Arriving by car:

• Leave the Inntal motorway A12, exit Oberaudorf/Niederndorf
• You do not require an Austrian motorway toll sticker if you are travvelling to the Hotel Wildauerhof from Germany.

By train:

• Oberaudorf or Kufstein train station
• Distance to the hotel from Oberaudorf by taxi around 12 km
• From Kufstein by bus or taxi to the hotel around 18 km
• Local bus VVT (line 4030) - Hourly in about 30 minutes to stop "Durchholzen". From there walk about ten minutes (800m) to the hotel. Free with the Kaiserwinkl-Card - we can send you the card in advance.
