The adventure for your four-legged friend starts right outside the door. Walking trails and marvellous hiking routes await - ideal for small and large dog paws. On hot days, lake Walchsee offers welcome refreshment: dogs are even allowed to swim in designated areas. Animal guests are also very welcome at the Wildauerhof - for a relaxing holiday with your furry friend and family.

Holiday experiences with a dog

There are numerous excursion destinations around the Wildauerhof where dogs are not only allowed but also welcome. Whether mountain railway, swimming lake or alpine hike - you can enjoy many experiences together in a very relaxed way.

An easy hike through meadows and forests, perfect with a dog. At the top there is a dog-friendly refreshment stop with a watering hole and plenty of space to run around.

A flat circular route (approx. 5.5 km), mostly shady and with direct access to the water - ideal for people and dogs.

Dogs are allowed on a lead. A small, lovingly designed zoo with a family-friendly atmosphere and numerous animals from all over the world.

Educational circular trail for young and old with numerous information boards - four-legged friends are also welcome and are allowed to walk the trail on a lead.

Enjoy - even with a dog

We are happy to reserve a separate area in our Hoferstube where you can eat together with your dog. Please just let us know in advance. Dogs are not allowed in the main dining rooms and buffet area.

Final cleaning & price

For your four-legged friend we charge € 15,- per night (without food). In case of heavy soiling we reserve the right to charge an additional final cleaning fee.
