Directly in front of the hotel is our spacious play and recreation area. In summer, the greenery around the Wildauerhof invites you to romp around, relax and linger. Children can let off steam in the playground while parents enjoy the view from the sun terrace. The quiet location with no through traffic creates a safe environment for adventures big and small.

In winter, the meadow is transformed into a snow-covered play world: snowmen are built, small hills are slid down and snowball fights are held - without any hustle and bustle and right on the hotel doorstep. This is a relaxed start to a family holiday - with plenty of nature, even more space and an extra portion of tyrolean hospitality.

Summer activities and excursion destinations

An easy, child-friendly hiking trail leads directly to the Riederalm. Once at the top, a playground, animals and a rustic hut with Tyrolean specialities await young and old.

Just a few minutes from the hotel, Lake Walchsee invites you to swim, pedalo and splash around. Shallow entrance, bathing meadow and plenty of space for little water rats.

Leisurely cycling through nature: family-friendly routes lead around Lake Walchsee, through forests and meadows. Children's bikes and helmets are available for hire directly from us.

Opposite at the Amberg lift is a toboggan slope - perfect for young winter sports enthusiasts. Toboggans can be hired free of charge and the fun is included.

Swimming fun in any weather

A great alternative to the games room is our spacious indoor pool measuring 12 x 6 metres. Ideal for splashing around, swimming or simply feeling good. So, if the weather isn't so great for a change - there's plenty to do indoors at the Wildauerhof. Parents can relax at the edge of the pool or switch to the wellness area later, making a holiday for the whole family feel really good.
