Arrival & departure

Your holiday home will be available from 14:00 onwards.
We kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10:00 on your day of departure.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 19:00.

Children's discounts

Children's discounts will be deducted in percentages from the daily rate.

0 to 6.9 years: 100%
7 to 14.9 years: -50%
15 to 17.9 years: -20%

Adults using a 3rd or 4th bed: -10% discount

Dogs

We are happy to welcome your dog on prior arrangement, but we kindly ask you to understand that we do not permit dogs to enter the sauna and pool area, as well as the dining areas.

Price (without food) per day: €15,--

Cancellation terms

Booking conditions:
There is no right of withdrawal according to § 18 Chap. 1 Z. 10 for distance and off premises contracts, instead the General Terms and Conditions of business for the Hotel Industry apply to our house AGBH 2006

Cancellation conditions (Christmas, New Year, Carnival):

Up to 1 months prior to arrival - without charge
1 months to 2 weeks prior to arrival: Cancellation fee: 40% of the booking
2 weeks to 1 week prior to arrival: Cancellation fee: 70% of the booking
during the last week before arrival: Cancellation fee: 90% of the booking
in the case of an early departure we must charge the total price

Cancellation conditions (the remaining periods):

Up to 10 days prior to arrival - without charge
during the last 9 days before arrival: Cancellation fee: 90% of the booking
in the case of an early departure we must charge the total price

Travel insurance

Sometimes things turn out differently and the booked vacation must be canceled or prematurely broken off. We want to spare you the associated costs and anger. Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung. Complete it easily in the booking process.

Payments

Cash, ATM card, Visa, Euro Card

Deposit

To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit of €200 per room (free of charge for the recipient) via bank transfer to our account at the Raika Walchsee, A-6344 Walchsee.
