Every day is a special day!
We know one thing for sure: you will be looking forward to our rich breakfast buffet from the moment you wake up in the morning. For the 4-course evening menu, the kitchen team has a new surprise up its sleeve every day. Round off a fantastic day spent in Kaiserwinkl in the Daggl bar, where we will gladly serve you a nightcap. How about a fine glass of wine or a fruity cocktail?

Wine
Selected wines from our wine cellar
The cellar at the Hotel Wildauerhof holds a wide variety of excellent wines. We will be happy to serve you wine complementing your choice of dish.
Our wine cellar
It's not just about size. Quality is the most important thing when it comes to wine. In the 15 m2 wine cellar of the Hotel Wildauerhof you will find around 300 bottles of the finest wines from all over the world, including a few bottles of Purple Angel from the Montes vineyard in the Colchagua Valley in Chile.
Of course we have not forgotten the best Austrian wines. In particular, the wines made by the Mantler family in the Ebersbrunn wine area have us convinced that the Austrian wine culture is alive and thriving.
Our junior host Christian is a trained and experienced sommelier who takes the greatest pleasure in presenting our guests with the best wines and pointing out the fine differences in taste and body.

Hofer parlour
Ground floor | around 35 m² | for 30 people
One of host Josef Wildauer's greatest heroes is the Tyrolean innkeeper and freedom fighter Andreas Hofer, who fought at the front of the Tyrolean uprising against the Bavarian-Napoleonic troops. This can be seen by the decor in this particular room, which was built in 1996. A figurine and several paintings of his hero give the Hofer parlour its unique character, making it a great place in which to celebrate a special event.
Daggl bar
Ground floor | around 50 m² | for 30 people
We will be serving you in the Daggl bar daily from 15:00 o'clock onwards. Delicious cocktails, beer, wine and liqueurs await you in our comfortable non-smoking bar.
The Daggl bar owes its name to the work of a local artist. Inspired by a few glasses of wine, Josef Wildauer Senior commissioned the artist – who was keeping him company at the time – to paint a portrait of a hunting scene one evening. The following day Josef Wildauer held a picture of a proud dachshund in his hands, instead of the expected deer or mountain goat portrait. The whole village had already heard about this hilarious mishap, so the "Daggl" (Tyrolean for dachshund) stayed and became the namesake for our bar.
